Amazon Japan now sells the Gatchaman DVDs (obviously these are all in raw japanese with no subtitles), and the upcoming Gatch 2 box sets (also no subtitles)

Fujisan Books has an english language site and now stocks DVDs and CDs. You need to search for Gatsuchiyaman not Gatchaman.
Half.com may be an inexpensive way to get hold of the OAVs.
Image Anime stocks CDs, OAV videos and OAV DVDs.
JIGS (Japanese Internet Goods Shop) in Japan stocks the DVDs - their website is in english.
Joys Japanimation stocks some Gatchaman CDs, DVDs and VHS.
Jungle in Japan stocks a few LDs, DVDs and the occasional VHS. It's worth checking both the Inventory and Preorder sections.
Movie Gallery stocks the OAVs
Order Anime, or AnimeStand as they appear to have renamed themselves, have DVDs and CDs
Otaku Anime based in Japan (also UK based

G-Force has only ever had 9 episodes officially released on VHS, which was in PAL format in the UK again in the mid-80s. However, selected episodes of G-Force have been included on the first 6 volumes of the Rhino BOTP DVD release, and Hollywood DVD in the UK has also released 6 episodes on DVD, the first 3 episodes as a standalone DVD and the first 6 episodes included in their compilation "Great Kids DVD Collection".
They also stock the new How to draw Tatsunoko Heroes book by Graphic-Sha.
